Shipping policy

Kismet-London.com offers the following shipping on orders placed Monday to Friday. Please see below for details on the various shipping options available.

UK DELIVERY

Standard Delivery - Free - £0.00 GBP - 2 - 4 working days*

Express Delivery - £5.00 GBP - Delivered within 1 - 2 working days*

*Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

£20 for all Standard International Delivery - 3- 17 working days on eligible items.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kismet-London.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kismet-london.com. with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please avoid speaking with Hermes or DHL directly as this may complicate the process to resolve your issues as quickly as possible. We work as quickly as possible to get your orders to you.
